Hope as Defined by God

God uses the word "hope" differently than we do. Hope, when used in the Bible, means something we have a joyful expectation of, something we can put confidence in, something that is as secure as a cord holding us to safety or home or rescue. It is more than a possibility or a probability - our hope is a certainty.
